REGISTRATION

The new academic session begins in early April every year. The lower age limit for admission in the School is 9 years + as on April 1 of the year of joining the school in Class V. Similarly, correlation of age and class to which admission is sought is an essential requirement.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

The Parents those who want their wards to get equipped with the best of all services provided by us should personally come to register with us. Registration opens with the first working day after winter break. The Parents are requested to fill all particulars in the registration form carefully. Only duly filled Registration Forms will be accepted. This may be done by filling in and submitting the registration form with registration fee (Please see Fee Structure). A registration fee must be sent along with the application so that the applicant's name may be registered for the year and class for which admission is sought. The fee is neither refundable nor adjustable and it is valid only for the specified academic year. Registration of an applicant is not a guarantee of admission.

REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

After the child meets the eligibility criteria for the admission, Parents have to deposit duly filled Admission Form along with the below mentioned list of documents:

  • Attested copy of Birth Certificate of the child
  • Attested copy of UID CARD of the child
  • Certificate of special category
  • TC of last attendant school
  • Three passport size photographs
  • DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

    The following documents are required as a part of the Admissions procedure for every student applying for admission:

    Original Birth Certificate

    The original birth certificate must be brought to the School at the time of admission. This is returned after verification. Misrepresentation or falsification of date of birth will result in cancellation of admission forthwith.

    Medical Certificate

    All new entrants are required to produce a medical certificate certifying that they are free from any contagious or infectious disease and are otherwise physically fit to be admitted to a residential school. The parents must give an undertaking in writing to this effect. If the entrant is found medically unfit, the admission stands cancelled and the will be sent home.

    Photographs

    Three recent passport size photographs are required to be submitted by each new student.
